Stampin' Fancy Friday - Color Challenge
May 01, 2020
Hello and welcome back! It's time for this month's Fancy Friday Challenge. I'm joining my fancy friends, who are all current or former members of the Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team. This month we are Featuring Fancy Colors in our cards and projects! Our team has expanded as well, so you're about to see a whole lot of beautiful projects from some crazy, talented women. We have a Pinterest board that you can follow, and you can find the rest of our projects on either Facebook or Instagram under @stampinfancyfriday.
For our challenge, I was inspired by a piece of fabric which featured the colors of Soft Sea Foam, Pool Party, Melon Mambo and Soft Suede along with black outlines of florals.
It's a fun modern color scheme, and the perfect way to highlight this clean Varied Vases stamp set.
For extra texture, the shelf is embossed with the Pinewood Planks 3D Embossing Folder, and stacked in 3 layers. A second layer of flowers, fussy cut and adhered with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals, completes the look.
The stamp set has both a cute birthday stamp and a greeting that can be used for the outside or inside of the card.
Here is my inspiration fabric, and a mask I recently made with it. The lining is a cute green print with aqua polka-dots. The tutorial I used to make the mask is from Sweet Red Poppy, and can be found here.
Well, that is all for me for today. I hope you head over to our social media, and check out the rest of the amazing projects from our Stampin' Fancy Friday team.
