Needlepoint Nook Suite

Hello and welcome back! I recently made a birthday card using the Needlepoint Nook Suite, including the stamps, dies and patterned papers. This card was for my Mom, and I love the color palette and how the whole thing turned out! I started with my favorite pattern from the Needlepoint Nook papers, and I used both the multi-color embroidered pattern and the light purple stitched pattern. Next I stamped flowers and leaves in Berry Burst, Blushing Bride, Highland Heather and Old Olive. I also die cut some pieces from Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock, as it looked nice with the brighter patterns in the paper also.

I layered all of the stamped and die cut images together with a snip of the Berry Burst 3/8" Mini Ruffled Ribbon and a greeting stamped in Berry Burst and die cut with a small label from the Stitched Labels Framelits Dies. I used Stampin' Dimensionals on some of the flowers and the label. A few sequins from the Gingham Gala Adhesive-Backed Sequins complete the card.

Well that is all for today. What is your favorite patterned paper from our current catalogs? Are you using it or hoarding it?
