Fancy Friday - Paper Perfect Challenge

Hello and welcome back! It's time for this month's Fancy Friday Blog Hop! I'm here with my fancy friends (all current or former members of the Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team)! The challenge this month is the Paper Perfect Challenge. We're featuring several of the patterned papers from the current Occasions Catalog. You're in for a creative treat, so be sure to circle all the way around the hop. We also have a Pinterest board that you can follow. You might have just arrived from Krista's blog. Did you see her fun project?!

I'm featuring the Tutti Frutti Designer Series Papers in my cards. I also copied my favorite card from the Sale-a-bration brochure. It featured the Party Panda Stamp Set and these papers, along with this card layout. These cards also use the Fruit Basket Photopolymer Bundle of stamps and coordinating punches.

This first card has a citrus theme, and I used the stamp and citrus slice punch to fill the bowl with punched images. One of my favorite embellishments from this catalog is the Tutti-Frutti Adhesive Backed Sequins, featured on all three cards.

For my second card, I stamped several strawberries in the basket, but also punched two to layer on top. I love the sentiments cut up in this way. It matches the fun feel of the patterned papers.

My last card features this fun berry patterned paper. I stamped the bowl, but cut berries and leaves from the patterned paper itself to fill the bowl. I really love these papers. There are some busier patterns, which make a good focal point, and several geometric patterns which make the perfect accent. And, there are lots of fruit images to cut out and feature as well.
