TGIFC130 - Theme Challenge

Hello and welcome back! It's time for this week's TGIF Challenge, and our theme challenge this week is Sweater Weather. I love autumn. It's my favorite season, maybe because my birthday is in September? I just love all the beautiful color, the opportunity to put on some cozy sweaters and to drink pumpkin lattes.

I decided this was a great project to play with the Pick a Pumpkin Stamp Set and Patterned Pumpkins Dies. The background is a piece of watercolor paper that I spritzed with Pool Party ink and then dripped on Soft Sky ink using an Aqua Painter. I used So Saffron to cut the sprigs from, and Tangerine Tango, Pumpkin Pie and Very Vanilla for the pumpkins and curls. I used the orange watercolor patterned paper from the Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper cut with the Stitched Shapes Dies to ground the shapes with.

For the greeting, I used the Banners For You Stamp Set and the Bunch of Banners Dies to create the greeting. It's adhered with Stampin' Dimensionals. I just realized that I didn't add any embellishments! I think if I was going to add anything else, it might be a couple of sequins or enamel shapes. But I also like it just like this.
