TGIFC120 - Sketch Challenge

Hello and welcome back! It's time for this week's post for TGIF Challenges, and it's a beautiful sketch.

Tgifc120

This Little Piggy...is growing on me! I received this set at the last OnStage Local Event from Stampin' Up, and I'm having a lot of fun with it now. For the main scene here, I masked the top and spritzed the bottom grassy area with Wild Wasabi reinker and alcohol, and then masked the bottom and spritzed Pool Party reinker and alcohol. I stamped the piggy on a separate piece of Thick Whisper White Cardstock, and spritzed it with Powder Pink. I then cut it by hand, and adhered it with Stampin Dimensionals. The clouds were stamped on white, and also hand cut before adhering. The last part of the scene was to stamp the little kiss marks in Real Red.

I added a layer of the whitewashed pattern from the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper Stack to my card front. I used the hearts die from the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Dies to cut Vellum Cardstock. That was adhered to the back of the scene piece. I added some bunched up Powder Pink 1/2" Finely Woven Ribbon, and adhered the scene over that with more Stampin' Dimensionals. A bow made from Pool Party Solid Baker's Twine is the final touch.

I hope you love this little piggy as much as I do. It's impossible not to make a cute card when he is involved! Please join us this week at TGIF Challenges with your take on the sketch!
