International Blog Hop - All Things Thanks

Hello and welcome back! Hello and welcome back! We are being highlighted internationally by Kylie Bertucci and you are able to VOTE for my project. The top ten winners will get to be part of an international blog hop, so please vote for my project. You can do that here. Our theme this month is using the All Things Thanks set. I made a simple set of thank you cards to share today. Everyone could use some more thank you cards, right? For this batch I let the pretty paper and coloring do all the work for me.

I used the fabulous Inside the Lines Designer Series Paper. Here I chose to leave several of the main images (trees, mountain and clouds) white, and color in the negative spaces. I also tried to have a gradient effect with my coloring. I used the new Watercolor Pencils and a Blender Pen.

I used the Stitched Shapes Framelits and coordinating Layering Framelits to highlight the great thank you sentiments from our feature set.

For this background, I used markers only to color in the images. I used Melon Mambo, Rose Red, Pear Pizzazz and Bermuda Bay here.

I also used the Black Metallic Thread and Enamel Shapes to complete the cards.

For this last card, I went all out coloring the background. I blended my watercolor pencils first on the paper, and then blended more with a blender pen.

I love all the variations of color that I can achieve with the pencils and blender pen!

Well, that's all for me today. Make sure you head over to Kylie's blog to vote for my project. I would love to be chosen to do an international blog hop. You can check out the rest of the Blog Hop there, and even vote for my card!
