This week we are starting on our next quarter's box of goodies. We received the Gift Box Punch Board and the Botanical Builder Framelits Dies, so I used both of those newer items as well as the Shine On Specialty Designer Series Paper from our first box. As you can see here, you can choose from several different sizes of boxes. Also, this specialty paper makes a nice, sturdy box.

One More Honeycomb Happiness Card

Hello and welcome back! I have one more card to share today using the Honeycomb Happiness stamp set from the Stampin' Up! Sale-a-bration items. This set is only available for another two days, so get yours now! This card was inspired by one from Valerie Moody, but I added a few more details to it. The card base is Sahara Sand, and I used the It's My Party Designer Series Paper and Washi Tape. The greeting is heat embossed in white on Basic Black Cardstock and trimmed into a banner shape.

Playing along with TGIFC48 Remix Challenge

Hello and welcome back! I'm sneaking in tonight to share a card for the TGIFC48 Remix Challenge. I used the color and sketch challenges for my card, and I also broke out a newer Sale-a-bration set that hadn't seen ink yet called Pedal Pusher. I stamped it in Archival Basic Gray, and colored it in with markers. The greeting was spritzed with Pool Party ink, and then the greeting was stamped and the birds colored with markers.

Stamp, Ink, Paper Guest Designer Week 5

Hello and welcome back! Today I'm here with my last post as a guest designer over at the Stamp, Ink, Paper Challenge site! This week is a theme challenge around weddings. I made a wedding card for post last week also, but it's the perfect time of year to stock up on wedding cards I think.

Paper Pumpkin - More Hello Sunshine Kit

Hello and welcome back! I'm here today with another couple of alternate cards made from the February Paper Pumpkin kit called Hello Sunshine. I love this stamp set! It has such cute, little flowers and the font used for the sentiments is lovely. My first card today is a single layer beauty. I cut a piece from a post-it note using the Chalk Talk Framelits Dies, and adhered that to the front of a Whisper White Thick Cardstock card base. Then, I spritzed over it with a Pool Party ink - alcohol mixture. After that I removed the mask, stamped the greeting and went to town stamping the flowers.  The small orange flowers were stamped off once first to get the lighter color. The only pink on this card was the sequins from the kit.

Paper Pumpkin - Hello Sunshine Kit

Hello and welcome back! Tonight I'm going to share a couple of alternate project ideas using the February 2016 Paper Pumpkin kit. First, I'll share the 3 cards that the kit was designed to make. This first card has such a pretty pre-printed pattern on the front. All I had to do was stamp the greetings on the two banners, and add some pink sequins.

Stamp, Ink, Paper Guest Designer Week 4

Hello and welcome back! I'm here today with another card for Stamp, Ink, Paper, this time using a Tic Tac Toe graphic. We could pick any row or column, and include the items in our creation.

I chose the middle row, and used gold, sequins and Congrats as my theme. I used the Balloon Celebration Stamp Set and the Balloon Bouquet Punch for my card.

This week we are sharing the projects that will be posted to the Stampin' Up! Facebook page this coming Friday. Our focus for this month's projects were the Shine On Specialty Designer Series Paper as well as the Sunburst Sayings and Balloon Celebration Stamp Sets. I love all of these products, but especially the Shine On paper and the Sunburst Sayings stamp set and Sunburst Thinlits Die. These things were on the top of my wish list, so I was excited to get them for free in my Artisan box of goodies!
