Simple Watercolor Christmas Tags
December 19, 2015
Hello and welcome back! Today I have another set of simple watercolor Christmas tags to share. Step 1, I trimmed watercolor paper pieces to 2 3/8" x 4 1/4", and painted them with Watermelon Wonder, Melon Mambo and Cucumber Crush inks.
Step 2, I die cut pieces of Shimmery White Cardstock with the Christmas Greetings Thinlits Dies and adhered them to the watercolor pieces.
Step 3, I glued some sequins to the tags. I chose colors from the Brights Sequin Assortment, which aren't precisely the same as the ink colors. But, I used the red and green on the Watermelon Wonder tag, the orange and green on the Melon Mambo tag and the red and orange on the Cucumber Crush tag.
Step 4, I cut two pieces of ribbon 6" long, folded them in half and stapled them to the tag tops.
See, only 4 steps to some cute watercolor Christmas tags. Ok, maybe 5 steps if you count adhering the pieces together as a separate step, but that doesn't take very long! So, that is all for today. Come back tomorrow. I have another Christmas card with glitter to share. Thanks for stopping by!
