Christmas Card - Soft and Subtle

Hello and welcome back! Today I have another card featuring the last style from Online Card Classes Holiday Style, a soft and subtle card.

This card features the Project Life Hello December 2015 Photopolymer Stamp Set. I stamped the two snowflakes in Versamark, and then heat embossed them in white onto a piece of Shimmer White Cardstock. Next, I water-colored over them with Pool Party, Blushing Bride and Wisteria Wonder inks and my aqua painter. I covered this layer with a piece of Vellum Cardstock, after heat embossing the banner in white and stamping the greeting (from the Oh What Fun Stamp Set ) inside the banner in Basic Gray ink. I stitched the vellum to the snowflake piece at the top and bottom with gray sewing thread. I added three silver sequins over the centers of the snowflakes as my last embellishment.

For the card, I applied Pool Party ink to the Softly Falling Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, and used it to stamp the card front made of Pool Party Cardstock. I stamped it twice at the top and bottom of the card. The snowflake piece was adhered to a layer of fun foam, and that was adhered to the center of the card.

Well, that is all for today. I have one more batch of projects that was inspired by the Holiday Style class that I'll be sharing next week. In the meantime, thanks for stopping by!
