Christmas Card - Cute and Whimsical

Hello and welcome back! Today I'm here with another card from the Online Card Classes Holiday Style, this time featuring the cute and whimsical style. I love the little animals from the Thankful Forest Friends set from Stampin' Up! It contains the bear and fox below, and a little rabbit. It's meant to be an autumn themed set, but I wanted to use them for a winter card. I gave the fox a ribbon scarf, and the bear a ribbon bow. Aren't they cute all dressed up for the snow?
I made a mask from a post-it note using the 2 1/2 circle punch. I sponged both Soft Sky and Lost Lagoon inks into the circle. The decorative element above and below is also from the Thankful Forest Friends Stamp Set, stamped in Soft Suede and fussy cut out. The greeting is from the Happy Scenes Photopolymer Stamp Set, and is heat embossed in white on Garden Green.
The strip of paper on the left is from the Holidays Fancy Foil Designer Vellum. It really is beautiful in person! The designs are metallic foil on vellum in green trees, red stripes and silver snowflakes. I was able to capture a little bit of the shine in the picture below.
