Valentine's Decor 2

Hello and welcome back! Today I have another small piece of Valentine's Day decor to go up on my mantel. This piece reminds me of a pretty quilt. My Grandma Masters made amazing quilts, which is a project that I've never attempted. But I do enjoy making small paper versions from time to time. I die cut a heart opening from Kraft Specialty Paper, and layered strips of papers from the Stacked With Love Designer Series Paper. The center of the heart is Gold Foil Paper. I found the basic pattern for this on Pinterest, and modified it a little to fit my heart. That's why there are only three strips of the black patterned paper.
I stitched around the outside edges to finish it off.
Well, that's all for today. I have some more Valentine's items to share later this week. I made some tags or banners that I'm planning to use on my banister. But, they would also make great tags for gift packages. Thanks for stopping by!
