Hello, and welcome back! Today I have another card to share for the Can You Case It design blog, this time a color challenge. These colors are just in time for another Valentine's project!
Here is my card for this week. I cut the XO patterned paper to look like an instant picture frame with my paper trimmer, and used Stampin' Dimensionals to pop it up. I backed it with Real Red Cardstock and added in some red sequins.
The heart was made with White Simply Pressed Clay. I rolled it out thin, placed a heart die cut shape over the top, pressed in the die and pulled the excess clay away from the heart shape. After removing the die, I stamped the "love" sentiment into the heart with Versamark, and let it dry. After it was dry, I traced the "love" sentiment with a Real Red marker. I love how this turned out! A tiny bit of White Baker's Twine completes the card.
