Artisan Entry 2013 Part 9
July 21, 2013
Welcome back! Today I'm sharing my last card from my Artisan 2013 Entry.
A few new things I tried on this card. The patterned paper is from the Natural Composition Specialty Designer Series Paper. First I sponged on Whisper White Craft Ink, and then I sponged on Summer Starfruit Classic Ink over that. It maked the color stand out a little more and not soak into the background quite so much. For the jar, I die cut it from Whisper White Cardstock, applied some Delicate Details Lace Tape, covered the whole piece with Versamark ink and then heat embossed it with Pool Party Stampin' Emboss Powder. I love how it turned out!
Here's a close-up of the flower. I actually stamped it using the Secret Garden Stamp Set several times, die cut them all and then stacked them and spritzed them with water. I tied it together with White Baker's Twine, and then "roughed it up" a bit. I am really going to miss the Jewerly Tag Punch. It was a great way to add a little greeting to finish off a project!
Here is the inside of the card. Another flower, and sentiment made using the Fabulous Phrases Stamp Set.
Well, that is all for today. I have one more project in this series to share tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by!
