Artisan Design Team - Christmas is Coming!

Hello and welcome back! It's time for the next Artisan Design Team blog post, and it's an open week where we can use any of the products from our box this quarter. You're in for a treat because we have so much talent and so many different styles represented by these 20 women from around the globe. And on top of their talent, they are fun and fabulous as well. Please keep hopping through all 20 so you don't miss a thing! Be sure to use something like Google Translate for those blogs not in your native language. Also, you can find all of our projects for the year in one easy place, on our Pinterest board. You might have just arrived from Krista Frattin, and I know you loved her beautiful project as much as I did.

I chose to work with the Here's to Cheers Bundle including the Here's to Cheers Clear-Mount Stamp Set and the Cheerful Tags Framelits Dies. These products look so elegant, especially when adding some greenery from the Pretty Pines Thinlits Dies.

Happy Halloween...just barely!

Hello and welcome back! So there are about five minutes left for me to wish everyone a Happy Halloween! Whenever the new Holiday / Winter catalog comes out from Stampin' Up!, I like to purchase the stamp sets and bundles that cover several different holidays. I don't make a lot of Halloween or Thanksgiving crafts, so I love to get multiple uses from a single stamp set or bundle including those two holidays. Tonight I'm sharing the Halloween projects I made with these items.

This month we are featuring techniques. I decided to work with the Seasonal Decorative Masks, and show you techniques that could be used with them. I made the backgrounds for these cards using four different techniques I'll be sharing today.

OSAT Blog Hop - Dog Days of Summer

Hello and welcome back! Today is our monthly One Stamp At a Time Blog Hop, and our theme this month is the Dog Days of Summer! I think some on the hop will also share some ideas for Back to School projects, so you'll have lots of interesting things to see. I went with the summer theme, and inked up a new set I have called Pop of Paradise. I colored the pineapples with a few different colors of yellow and green markers, spritzed them with water and then stamped. This gives the fruit lots of variations in color, and it gives the card more interest I think.

Artisan Design Team Blog Badge2

This week we are sharing Christmas in July projects featuring the This Christmas Suite of products. These projects will also be shown on the Stampin' Up Facebook page this Friday. I decided to make another tag set, and a matching gift bag to hold them. This would make a great class, or you could make a few sets ahead of time to give as gifts during the holiday season.
