I started by stamping two small flowers and one leaf from the Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set in Basic Black Archival Ink onto Watercolor Paper, and then colored the outside of the images with Peekaboo Peach and Berry Burst inks and my Aqua Painters. I love how this turned out! I adhered that to a Smoky Slate card base, and then adhered a strip of the Berry Burst watercolor patterned paper from the Naturally Eclectic patterned paper pack. I wrapped the whole card twice with the new Peekaboo Peach Baker's Twine, and tied a bow.
For the greeting, I stamped the small portion in Peekaboo Peach and Berry Burst inks, and then punched it out with the coordinating Classic Label Punch. I adhered this with some Stampin' Dimensionals. The "Happy Birthday" portion is a die cut, which was cut three times out of Basic Black ink and adhered together. I think the extra layers help it stand out against the background better.
Well, that is all for me today. But, I hope you'll join us this week over at TGIF Challenges and share your creation inspired by Elizabeth Price.
