Cityscapes Are On the Rise Challenge in the Moxie Fab World

So, it has been a little while since I last posted. I took an online class from Jessica Sprague called "Mouse, Paper, Scissors" which was a great class. I'll post some of my projects from that class in the next couple of days. I did take time over the weekend though to make a card for the Cityscapes Are On the Rise Challenge in the Moxie Fab World. I don't have any cute cityscape stamps, so I decided to make my own with several of the shape stamps that I already own. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink, and the shape stamps are from Stampin' Up. I hope you enjoy this project, and that you have time in the near future for your own creative challenge!

Paper Piecing Challenge Again

I had so much fun making the card in the previous post, that I decided to make a more elaborate paper piecing item for the next card. This was for the Moxie Fab World Paper Piecing Challenge. I bought the magazine Sew Somerset, and there were several inspiring projects feature in it. So, with them in mind, I paper pieced a tablecloth to set some cute cupcakes on. Hopefully, I can remember all of the papers I used in this project, LOL!

Paper Piecing Challenge in the Moxie Fab World

So, the last time I got together with my crafty friend Tiffany, we made several cards for the different challenges over at the Moxie Fab World blog. I already posted for the tapes and shimmer sprays, so after that I worked on paper piecing. This is a really fun technique. My Grandmother used to make quilts, and so it's fun to make something similar but with my paper-crafting supplies. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this card.
